The majority of destinations featured with in our programme offer arrival any however there are a few exceptions to this rule and please check the individual destination for the description of this.

Customers come in all shapes and sizes and from different back grounds, it is important that we offer a full range of product from back pack style to 5 star. You need to look closely at the destination and the facilities to understand what type of product you are booking, remember you are here to enjoy the activity and you will experience early morning starts in most resorts, this is often when surf is at its best.

Well the truth is, we have the same philosophy as those operators but we are more independent in how we package up your holiday experience. You will not see Pure Vacation representatives in uniforms greeting you at the airport neither will you experience us selling you unnecessary excursions, but every element of your package will be well of a good standard and Pure Vacations will look after you throughout .

You will experience pre-arranged travel aimed at your activity as the prime reason to travel to the destination. In the majority of resorts we have specialist guides or centres that are contracted exclusively to represent Pure Vacations Ltd and are expert in there fields, these are normally of the nationality of that country and speak conversational English.

The company was incorporated in 1999 and has expertise throughout its management structure that have experienced a multitude of travel scenarios.  The company has former senior management of major blue chip tour operators such as Thomson Holidays (TUI), Inspirations, Horizons and Saga as well as experience with in airlines. We are however still a small company where you are priority and although the Pure Vacations brand has grown to become a world leader in some of the products we feature, you as a customer are still priority.

Due to the environment and a constant increase in product range a printed brochure we feel would damage the environment and would be out of date the day it is printed. We are trying hard to operate a paper free environment and feel this will be achieved 100% by 2008. We do not believe in cutting down 500 trees to produce a 100+ page brochure so you can choose to go on holiday.

This is very simple just follow the book now navigation system to achieve and accurate trip quote or book - it really is that simple.

Certainly NOT! All our equipment and centres are contracted for us specifically and spaces are allocated accordingly, we are a package tour operator and if you choose to travel independently or with an alternative package holiday company then you will not be able to buy into our services.

We do not make any exceptions to this rule. Thank you for your understanding

9. Can I bring my Surfboards?

Yes, is the simple answer to this question, we naturally like you to bring your own equipment but remember that airlines charge for surfboard carriage in most cases and also remember that we need to know prior to your arrival so that our transport can accommodate it.  If you are a learner and have your own equipment we do not discourage you from using it however you will not be permitted to take lessons on your own equipment for safety reasons.

10. Excess baggage?

If you think you will have excess baggage you will need to contact the airline in advance and pre-booking Excess Baggage if possible. This will save you time and money.

11.  Do I have to pay a deposit or is it full payment?

Deposits are no longer possible for all holidays except large group bookings. 
Full payment is required immediately on booking as per our terms and conditions.

12. Can I pay my balance off monthly?

At this time Pure Vacations no longer accepts monthly payments or deposit only bookings.  It is required that you pay in full on the time of booking.  If you have a group booking for a departure some time away please call our reservations specialists so that they can look into a more manageable way of paying on Tel: 01227 264264.

13. Can I pay for my holiday with Pure Vacations by cheque?

If you have booked or wish to book your Pure Vacations, you can pay by cheque providing the full amount is paid immediately. In this instance we are happy to offer you a 3% reduction on your overall price for cheque payments. It is NOT possible to part pay by cheque and credit card / debit card.

14. Can I pay for my holiday with Pure Vacations by Credit Card or Debit Card?

In this instance, full payment is due upon confirmation of your booking, and a credit or debit card payment is required. We accept all major UK credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch, we do NOT accept at this time American Express. Please note that due to the fee levied by credit card companies, there is a 3% surcharge for credit card payments. This will be added automatically if you select this method of payment (this charge does not apply to debit cards). Please be aware that cancellation and amendment charges are applicable once your booking has been confirmed.

15. Accommodation standard

Accommodation ratings may be shown as either the official rating, or Pure Vacations own rating (please note that there may be a difference between the accommodation's official rating and Pure Vacations own rating). Pure Vacations rating is based on annual appraisals and customers' views.
